Grand Master Young Yu teaches Olympic style free sparring and self-defense techniques (Ho-shin-sool in Korean). For
student protection, this is very important to have proper equipment so that
one can train hard and protect the body
Junior's class, note their protection please!
We use the above head, chest,
hand, and foot protection. Plus arm, shin pads and mouth guard are avaiable. Young Yu Tae Kwon Do also offers an attractive tote
bag with the school emblem printed on the side.
